Desktop	Compact air circulators and table-top fans are used to blow air directly onto you or can be used to distribute air in your personal space. Some offer a wall mountable feature when space is at a premium.  Air circulators offer 90 degree pivoting options to enhance room air circulation.		Desktop fans are perfect for personal spaces in offices, bedrooms and other small rooms.
Tower	Tower fans offer sleek styling that fits in any room decor and are very quiet. Their slim, vertical design makes them ideal for fitting into smaller spaces. Instead of traditional blade design, a tube at the center spins and pushes air through the vertical grille. Features can include remote control, adjustable temperature control, timer, oscillation and more.		Because these whole room cooling fans are so quiet, they are perfect for bedrooms, family/living rooms.
Floor	Floor fans have the most powerful air circulating capacity. Some floor fans have the ability to pivot up or down so that air can be directed to various positions around the room for optimal circulation.		Whole room cooling and air circulation are ideal for medium to large sized rooms such as living/family rooms and bedrooms. They are also a great energy saving tool when used in conjunction with an air conditioner.
Stand	Stand fans have a fan head mounted on a pedestal 3-4' above the floor so it can easily be placed behind sofas or other furniture. Most stand fans have an easy-to-remove-grille for cleaning. They are generally powerful and good for whole room air cooling. Some features may include oscillation, timers, remote control and multiple speeds. Window	Designed to fit most window sizes to either draw in fresh, cool air from outside or to help exhaust stale, hot air out. Often equipped with two fan blades, multiple speed settings and rain resistant motor(s).		Great in locations where days are warm and nights are cool. Ideal for small to medium sized rooms such as bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms.
Utility	Utility fans are rugged in design and often have non-slip grips, adjustable heads and multiple speeds.		These fans are most commonly used in garages, basements, workshops and utility areas.
Outdoor	Create your own breeze outdoors to keep cool and keep the bugs at bay. Outdoor fans are water resistant, and an extra long cord and rugged wheels make moving them around the deck or yard easy.		For use on decks and patios, perfect for outdoor dining or entertaining.
